剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防与护理

摘要

目的对剖宫产后的产妇形成深静脉血栓的预防与护理进行分析。方法选取2010年2月~2011年2月实施剖宫产手术后并发下肢性深静脉血栓的患者10例,对其进行精心治疗以及护理。结果本组10例患者在经过抗凝治疗、溶栓治疗后效果满意,住院时间为10~20 d,在用药期间有并发症。在下肢静脉的彩超中显示,有2例患者其深静脉保持再通,其余部分保持再通,其周围形成侧支循环,在患者出院之后,进行随访3个月,其中1例患者遗留浅静脉性曲张,此外患者痊愈。结论抗凝治疗以及溶栓治疗对患者有显著疗效,能够预防下肢性深静脉的形成。%Objective On postpartum maternal deep venous thrombosis prophylaxis and nursing analysis.Methods From February 2010 to February 2011 in our hospital in our hospital implementation of lower extremity after caesarean operation of deep venous thrombosis 10 cases, carries on the careful treatment and care. Conclusion Anticoagulant therapy and thrombolytic therapy for patients with significant efficacy, prevention of lower limb deep vein to form.
