PSOLUTION: The system comprises: an inputting means 20 which inputs preventive care application information of an applicator as a target for preventive care, a progress managing means 26 which performs the confirmation of the preventive care application information, the investigation into the preventive care state of the applicator, the formulation of a preventive care guidance plan based on the investigation results, and the progress management of the preventive care guidance, database 1 which has stored therein the respective progress- managed preventive care information including the preventive care application information, preventive care investigation information, preventive care guidance plan, and guidance information indicating the guidance results, a registering means 21 which registers the respective progress-managed information in the database 1, a searching means 22 which searches the respective information stored in the database 1, and a displaying means 24 which displays the respective preventive care information stored in the database 1 and searched by the searching means 22 based on the request from the progress managing means 26.
