沟通技巧在自愿戒毒治疗的应用

摘要

目的：对自愿戒毒期间治疗护理沟通技巧进行总结，旨在为脱毒治疗的心理治疗和心理护理提供理论依据。方法总结分析门诊和住院自愿脱瘾治疗期间心理治疗、护理和沟通技巧。结果科学合理的沟通技巧可改善自愿脱毒治疗患者的心理状况，树立战胜疾病的心理，降低复吸率。结论应加强脱瘾治疗的心理治疗和心理护理，强化沟通技巧。%Objective To summarize communication skills on voluntary detoxification during the treatment and nursing, as to provide theoretical basis for psychotherapy and psychological care on detoxification. Methods To summarize and analysis characteristics of psychotherapy, psychological care and communication skills during treatment on outpatients and inpatients of voluntary detoxification. Results Scientific and reasonable communication skills could improve mental status of voluntary detoxification patients, and could build up their confidence to fight disease as to reduce the relapse rate. Conclusion It should intensifying psychotherapy,psychological care and communication skills on detoxification treatment.
