不同剂量醋酸甲地孕酮用于治疗子宫内膜增生的疗效及安全性分析

摘要

Objective Through the clinical experiment to analyze the efifcacy and safety of the anger pain dose megestrol acetate is used in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.Method Select 128 female patients with endometrial hyperplasia at our hospital from July 2012 to July 2012 ,as the experiment object of this test, the group of 128 patients according to the random number method which can be divided into four groups, according to the dose should be divided into 8 mg group,12 mg group, 16 mg group and 20 mg group, each group is 32 people.Each group every day give corresponding dosage,through observation after 3 months of treatment and rehabilitation effect and each group of complications.Results After 3 months of treatment, the treatment of patients with four groups all have different degrees of effect, but from the data the curative effect of 20 mg group of patients is best, secondly, 16 mg and 12 mg group , curative effect of 8 mg group is the worst; Will appear in the process of treatment of a variety of complications,including 8 mg group and 12 mg group was less than 16 mg group and 20 mg group, four groups signiifcantly different (P<0.05),with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion Different doses of megestrol acetate for the endometrial hyperplasia has different curative effect and the complications caused by different level is also different,its curative effect is good when the dose is 12 mg,complications are relatively mild, for the treatment of patients with satisfactory results,it is worth widely in clinical practice.%目的：通过临床实验来分析不同剂量醋酸甲地孕酮用于治疗子宫内膜增生的疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年7月～2013年7月益阳市第四人民医院收治的患有子宫内膜增生的患者128例，根据用药量将其均分为8 mg组、12 mg组、16 mg组和20 mg组（n=32）。每组每天给予相应的药量，在通过3个月的治疗后观察每组的康复效果和用药所产生的并发症。结果经过3个月的治疗，4组患者均有不同程度的效果，但从数据看20 mg组疗效最好，16 mg组和12 mg组其次，8 mg组疗效最差；在治疗过程中会出现多种并发症，其中8 mg组和12 mg组要少于16 mg组和20 mg组，4组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论不同剂量的醋酸甲地孕酮对子宫内膜增生的疗效不同且引发的并发症程度也不同，其中用药量为12mg时其疗效好，并发症相对较轻，患者对于治疗结果较满意，值得临床推广应用。
