目的：研究损伤控制性手术对肝破裂出血治疗的有效性和安全性，以更好地救治肝破裂出血。方法选择2010年2月-2013年3月信宜市妇幼保健院收治的肝破裂出血患者60例为研究对象，随机将患者分为两组。对照组患者使用一期确定性手术，试验组患者在治疗过程中使用损伤控制性手术，对比两组患者的治疗效果和手术后并发症发生率。结果试验组30例患者，抢救成功22例（73.33%）；对照组30例患者，抢救成功13例（43.33%）；试验组患者抢救成功率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组并发症3例（10.00%），对照组并发症11例（36.67%），差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论损伤控制性手术对肝破裂出血患者具有较好的效果，可以提高救治成功率，降低并发症发生，值得临床应用。%Objective To study the efifcacy and satety for damage control surgery in the treatment of liver rupture bleeding. Methods From February 2010 to March 2013 in the hospital 60 patients with liver rupture were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was received a deifnitive surgery, the experimental group was received damage control operation. The therapeutic effect and post-operative complication rate were compared. Results 30 patients in test group, 22 cases of successful treatment (73.33%);the control group of 30 patients, 13 cases (43.33%);the successful rescue of test group patients rescue success rate compared with the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);3 cases were complications (10%), the control group of 11 cases with complications (36.67%), the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect is better that damage control surgery in the treatment of liver rupture bleeding. It can improve the treatment success rate and reduce complicationsand be worthy of popularization.
