目的：探讨舒利迭联合孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将84例支气管哮喘患者分为观察组（52例）和对照组（32例）。对照组给予舒利迭治疗，观察组给予舒利迭联合孟鲁司特治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组肺功能改善情况及临床疗效均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舒利迭联合孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘具有疗效好、肺功能改善明显等优点，值得临床借鉴采用。%Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy of Seretide and Montelukast on the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 84 cases of bronchial asthma were divided into the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (32 cases). The control group was treated with Seretide, while the observation group was treated with Seretide and Montelukast. Observations were carried out about the clinical efifcacy of both groups. Results The PF improvement and clinical efifcacy of the observation group were both better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion With qualities of good efifcacy and obvious improvement of the PF,Seretide and Montelukast is worth clinical application.
