早期小切口大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术治疗急性血栓性浅静脉炎合并大隐静脉曲张的疗效探讨

Objective To analyse the clinical effect of great saphenous varicose veins with acute thrombosis shallow phlebitis cured by great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping technique.Methods 87 cases of patients of great saphenous varicose veins with acute thrombosis shallow phlebitis were selected from October 2007 to October 2012 and were divided into two groups,the research group (52 cases) were cured by the methods of great saphenous vein high ligation stripping in the early days,the control group (35 cases) were cured by the traditional way,then compared the related situation to the operation, the situation of clinical treatment and complications.Results The operation time、the use of antibiotics and hospital stay of the research group were all relatively shorter;and the clinical cure rate of the research group was 94.2%,the incidence of complications was 5.8%,the clinical cure rate of the control group was 85.7%,the incidence of complications was 11.48%;the overall results of the research group was better(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of great saphenous varicose veins with acute thrombosis shallow phlebitis cured by great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping technique is obvious,and the treatment method should be actively popularized.%目的：分析大隐静脉曲张合并急性血栓性的静脉炎患者，早期采用小切口方式行大隐静脉的高位结扎和剥落术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2007年1月-2012年10月东莞市高埗医院收治的大隐静脉曲张合并急性血栓性的静脉炎患者87例（146条患肢），分为两组。研究组（52例）早期采用采用小切口方式行大隐静脉的高位结扎和剥落术进行治疗，对照组（35例）采用传统方式治疗，对比两组手术情况、临床治愈情况及并发症情况。结果研究组手术时间、使用抗生素时间及住院时间均相对更短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组临床治愈率94.2%，并发症发生率5.8%；对照组临床治愈率85.7%，并发症发生率11.4%；研究组效果总体更佳，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论大隐静脉曲张合并急性血栓性的静脉炎患者，早期即采用小切口方式行大隐静脉的高位结扎和剥落术进行治疗，临床效果明显，应积极推广应用。
