Abstract:Objective To explore the preoperative nursing for patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity by combined treatment of high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity by combined treatment of high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given perioperative high quality nursing and patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The nursing efficacy was compared between two groups. Results After treatment and nursing, in the observation group, the disappearance time of subcutaneous hematoma, the disappearance time of ulcer and the disappearance time of leg numbness were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of perioperative high quality nursing for patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity by combined treatment of high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction degree.
