推拿按摩在小儿脑瘫康复中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of massage used in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation. Methods 48 cases with infantile cerebral palsy were selected. All this children were given massage. GMFM scores and the activity of ankle joint were analyzed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the activity of ankle joint was (71.86±9.52), better than the (76.93 ±11.96) before treatment;And GMFM score was (22.97±2.23), better than the (32.36±2.41) before treatment.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective and clinical valuable that massage was used in the rehabilitation for patients with pediatric cerebral palsy.%目的：探讨推拿按摩在小儿脑瘫康复应用中的疗效。方法选择诊治为小儿脑瘫的患儿48例，所有患儿均予以推拿按摩方法治疗，分析治疗前后患儿踝关节的活动度和GMFM评分情况。结果治疗后患儿的踝关节的活动度（71.86±9.52），优于治疗前（76.93±11.96）；且患儿的GMFM评分情况（22.97±2.23）分，优于治疗前（32.36±2.41）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对小儿脑瘫患者的康复治疗中应用推拿按摩方法，成效显著，具有一定临床应用价值。
