Notation methods of Japanese massage, massage and acupressure techniques capable of accurately describing the techniques of Japanese massage, massage and acupressure to thereby easily and effectively transmit the techniques, and a notation medium. The notation methods of Japanese massage, massage and acupressure use a diagrammed score unit (30). The diagrammed score unit (30) describes a left-hand-based acupressure technique on the upper stage (32) of the diagrammed score unit (30), and a right-hand-based acupressure technique on the lower stage (33) of the score unit (30). The upper stage (32) and the lower stage (33) are respectively provided with five-line staff scores each consisting of five score lines respectively corresponding to the fingers of hands. A base point (35) at which a finger touches the skin of a person to be treated is noted on a score line corresponding to a touching finger. A variation in treating hand power is described by a continuous line (36) from the base point.
