目的 2011~2013年某院鲍氏不动杆菌的分布特征及耐药性变化,为临床合理应用抗茵药物提供依据.方法 收集2011~2013年住院患者临床标本分离出的2685株鲍氏不动杆菌,了解其分布特征及耐药性,采用VITEK 2 Compact 全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析系统与K-B法药敏结合,应用WHONET5.6软件分析细菌分布和耐药性.结果 3年共检出2685株鲍氏不动杆菌,其中1023泛耐药株,2011~2013年耐药株的分离株数分别为236、297、490株,分离率分别为36.9%、32.7%、43.0%.呼吸道标本分离率分别为76.8%、77.2%、79.3%.亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率逐年上升,至2013年分别为67.3%和74.2%;头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率由2011年的37.5%上升至2013年的42.1%.结论 鲍氏不动杆菌耐药情况日趋严重,加强多重耐药菌的监测和管理,合理使用抗菌药物,严格执行医院隔离技术规范,防止鲍氏不动杆菌的医院感染及暴发流行.%Objective The study from 2011 to 2013 and Acinetobacter baumannii till distribution characteristics and drug resistance change Bacillus antimicrobial agents, provide evidence for clinical rational application.Methods The survey from 2011 to 2013 in hospital clinical laboratory sputum, urine, blood of patients, wound secretion samples, using VITEK 2 Compact automated microbial identiifcation and drug sensitivity analysis system combined with K-B methods, analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity results using by WHONET5.6 software. Results 2685 beads were found three years Acinetobacter baumannii, including 1023 Pan-resistant strains isolated from 2011 to 2013, the number of trees resistant strains were 236, 297 and 490, the isolation rate was 36.9%, 32.7% , 43.0%. Respiratory specimens separation rate were 76.8%, 77.2% and 79.3% respectively.. Imipenem and meropenem resistance rates increased year by year to 2013 was 67.3% and 74.2%; cefoperazone / sulbactam rate rose to 37.5% in 2011 to 42.1% in 2013.Conclusion The antibacterial drugs on Acinetobacter baumannii sensitivity decreased year by year, multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii detection rate is higher and higher, clinical attention should be paid to Acinetobacter baumannii and multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii does not move bacillus infection, rational use of antimicrobial agents, to avoid multiple resistance baumannii does not move Bacillus drug epidemic.
