右美托咪定对麻醉诱导和气管插管时血液动力学的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨右美托咪啶对麻醉诱导和气管插管时血液动力学的影响。方法选择接受腹部外科手术治疗的60例患者,随机均分为研究组和对照组(n=30),研究组给予右美托咪啶和芬太尼,对照组给予安慰剂和芬太尼,对比2组进行麻醉诱导和气管插管时血液动力学变化。结果气管插管引起各参数的升高,研究组SBP、DBP和HR的升高分别为3.0%、3.1%和7.2%,显著低于对照组(17.2%、18.0%和22.9%)(P<0.05)。研究组心动过速1例(3.33%)、恶心及呕吐2例(6.67%),发生率均显著低于对照组(23.33%、20.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受腹部外科手术治疗的患者给予右美托咪啶和芬太尼联用可以起到稳定血流动力学作用,且临床用药安全性较高。%Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation.Methods 60 patients received abdominal surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was given dexmedetomidine and fentanyl. The control group was given placebo and fentanyl. Hemodynamic changes were compared between the two groups during anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation.Results Tracheal intubation caused parameter increase. The HR, DBP and SBP in the study group increased by 3%, 3.1% and 7.2% respectively, and they were signifi cantly lower than the control group (17.2%, 18.0%, 22.9%) (P<0.05). The study group Beckoning tachycardia in 1 cases (3.33%), nausea and vomiting in 2 cases (6.67%), the incidence was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group (23.33%, 20%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients treated with abdominal surgery were given dexmedetomidine and fentanyl. It can stabilize the hemodynamics, and the clinical medication safety was relatively high.
