“品管圈”活动在降低新生儿留置胃管非计划性拔管中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨“品管圈”活动在降低新生儿留置胃管非计划性拔管中的应用效果。方法回顾分析2013年1月～2013年4月成立“品管圈”活动前190例患儿留置胃管非计划性拔管情况及2013年5月～2013年12月成立“品管圈”活动后243例患儿留置胃管非计划性拔管情况，进行现状把握，目标设定，原因解析，开展对策拟定实施及检讨，效果确认，制定留置胃管固定的标准化流程。结果新生儿留置胃管非计划性拔管率由活动前的74%降至活动后的32%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=19.12，P＜0.05）。结论“品管圈”活动能有效降低新生儿留置胃管非计划性拔管率，提高了护士护理科研参与意识及护理工作主动性和创造性。%ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the activity of “quality control circle” in reducing the unplanned extracted indwelling gastric tub.MethodsWe not only reviewed and analyzed the condition of 190 cases of newborns disease unscheduled extracted indwelling gastric tube before setting up the activity of “quality control circle’’ fom January 2013 to April 2013, but also retrospected the condition of 243 cases of newborns disease after setting up the activity of “quality control circle’’ from May 2013 to December. We grasped the current situation, set the goal , analyzed the cause, carried out the measure for implementation and review, conifrmed the effect and formulated ifxed standard procedure of indwelling gastric tube.ResultsThe rate of unplanned extracted indwelling gastric tube decreased from 74% before activity to 32% post-activity. Difference was statically signiifcant (χ2=19.12,P<0.001).ConclusionIn fact, the activity of “quality control circle” can reduce the rate of unplanned extracted indwelling Gastric Tube, improve the sense of participating in scientiifc research and caring initiative and creativity of nurses.
