FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining myocardial creatine phosphokinase isoform and creatine phosphokinase activity in blood serum. Relative creatine phosphokinase activity coefficient is calculated in babies born as a result of cesarean section done when compared to babies born in natural way but having perinatal hypoxia. Creatine phosphokinase activity being 0.36 mccat/l to 0.45 mccat/l, relative coefficient value being from 2.57 to 3.28 and myocardial creatine phosphokinase isoform activity being from 0.082 to 0.082 mccat/l to 0.098 mccat/l, severe heart activity dysadaptation is to be predicted. Creatine phosphokinase activity being 0.31 mccat/l to 0.35 mccat/l, relative coefficient value being from 2.21 to 2.50 and myocardial creatine phosphokinase isoform activity being from 0.068 to 0.081 mccat/l to 0.098 mccat/l, moderate heart activity dysadaptation is to be predicted. EFFECT: high reliability of prognosis. 1 tbl
