The reform of pedagogy is carried out by researchers in the field of pedagogy.The external causes of pedagogy reform include the development of society,the development of pedagogy-related disciplines and educational reform;while the internal cause of pedagogy reform is the common recognition of pedagogy crises among researchers.The external and internal causes are interrelated in the reform of pedagogy.Through reform,pedagogy will become more indigenized in theory,more completed in discipline system,and more practical in focus.%教育学变革是教育学研究者在教育学领域进行的变革.社会的发展、教育学相关学科的发展、教育改革等是教育学变革的外部因素;教育学研究者对教育学危机有普遍认知是教育学变革的内部动因,两者相互联系、共同作用于教育学变革.教育学在变革中朝着理论的本土化、学科体系的完善化、关注点的实践化等方向发展.
