在创建终身学习型社会的背景下，老年教育规模不断扩大，参与老年教育的教师人数不断增多，形成了一支老年教育教师队伍。参与老年教育的教师来自各行各业，基本都是半路出家，缺少经验丰富的专业教师。为了提高老年教育质量，加强对该领域教师队伍的建设也变得越来越迫切。文章通过分析宁波社区大学老年教育中心的师资现状，揭示了城区老年教育师资的一般情况，并对师资队伍建设提出了自己的思考和建议。并针对该校的一些办学特色，提出加强师资建设的一些新思路。%In the background of creating the lifelong learning society,more and more people join the teaching staff with the expanding scale of the education for senior citizens. However,since they are from all walks of life and not so professional,it is urgent to strength the building of the ranks of the teachers for improving the quality of education for senior citizens. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teachers in elderly education,taking the geriatric education center in Ningbo Community College as an example,and gives some proposals on the building of the ranks of teachers.
