高职院校内部质量保障体系的理论研究与实践应用--以枣庄科技职业学院为主例

摘要

Higher vocational colleges have different developmental positioning and goal;how to better serve the regional economy and achieve the sustainable development so as to reflect its own characteristics and continuously improve the education quality is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the related theory,this paper constructs a five-in-one internal quality assurance model composed of assurance environment,assurance goal,assurance objects,assurance subject and as-surance measures,and has been effective in Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science & Technolo-gy.%高职院校具有不同的发展定位与目标，如何使其较好地服务于区域经济体现出自身特色而获得可持续发展，并不断提高教育质量，是需要迫切解决的问题。本文以相关理论为基础，构建起由保障环境、保障目标、保障对象、保障主体和保障手段等要素所组成的五位一体内部质量保障体系，并在枣庄科技职业学院进行了卓有成效的探索与实践，取得了良好效果。
