老年大学课程、专业、系科建设一体化规划的探讨

     

摘要

The curricula, majors and departments of Educational Institutes for Senior Citizens take shape in proper order.Based on this successive growing characteristic, the three-in-one integrated plan of the education for the aged is the embodiment of initiative, guidance and forward-look.It adapts to the development of education for the aged which bears the following three features.1) The parallel growth of popularization and high-end of education for senior citizens.2) The transformation from single form to multiple forms.3) The upgrade of teaching objectives and quality.This paper discusses the plan''s path, design, connotation, requirement, principle and implementation.It describes respectively the specific contents of the curricula, majors and departments of educational institutes for senior citizens.Meanwhile, it discusses the general requirements of the three-in-one integrated plan.It contains some innovative views as below.1) The overall design of the path from curricula to majors and to departments.2) The educational connotations, goals and structures of the curriculum system.3) The objectives,bases and conditions of the majors.4) The integration function and necessity of departments.5) The principles and feasibility of integrated planning.%基于老年大学课程、专业、系科依次生成的特点,三者建设规划的一体化体现适应老年教育平易化与高端化并行发展、单一形态向多元形态转型发展、教学目标与教学质量更新升级内涵发展的主动性、引导性和前瞻性.规划的路径与设计,规划的内涵与要求,规划的原则与实施,既分别阐述老年大学课程、专业、系科各自建设自成一格规划的具体内容,又概括论述三者建设一体化规划的总体要求.其中,较为新颖的看法包括:课程→专业→学科路径的总体设计;老年大学课程体系的教育内涵、目标和结构;老年大学专业设置目的、设置依据和设置条件;老年大学系科的统合功能及其建设的必要性;一体化规划的原则性与可行性.
