Barium titanate nanopowders is one of important industrial materials.The synthetic methods of barium titanate nanopowders and its morphology, especially hydrothermal synthetic method have attracted extensive attention. In this article, reaction mechanism, influence factors on the microstmcture and existing problems about synthesis of BaTO3 nanopowders were reviewed. The development trend of hydrothermal synthetic method on BaTO3 nanopowders was also discussed.%钛酸钡纳米粉体是非常重要的工业基础材料之一,关于钛酸钡纳米粉体的制备及形貌的控制一直是研究的热点,特别是水热合成方法,因其独特的优势越来越引起人们的关注.就水热法合成法制备钛酸钡纳米粉体的反应机理、影响因素以及存在的问题进行了系统综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望.
