摘要

PURPOSE: A hydrothermal synthesis method of perovskite type nanopowder is provided, which can effectively manufacture multicomponent perovskite type nanopowder by adding a rinsing process.;CONSTITUTION: A hydrothermal synthesis method of perovskite type nanopowder is as follows. La(OH)3 and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O are weighted respectively in fixed quantity in order to fix the ratio of the La/Fe while not using potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. The weighted La(OH)3 and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O are mixed in the fixed quantity and slurry is made. First powder is made by hydrothermal-reacting the slurry. The perovskite type nanopowder is manufactured by firing the rinsed first powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
