Synthesis of Ce and Y Doped Perovskite-Type Oxides and Its Application in Synthesis of Ammonia at Atmospheric Pressure

Perovskite-type rare earth complex oxides of BaZr0.9Y0.1 O3-δ (BZY), BaCe0.2Zr0.7Y0.1 O3-δ( BCZY) were synthesized by the sol-gel method and characterized by thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). using the sintered samples as solid electrolyte and silver-palladium alloy as electrodes, electrical conductivity was measured in different atmospheres using electrochemical methods at 400-800℃.
