沥青混合料不同高温性能指标相关性的试验研究

         

摘要

高温稳定性是沥青混合料的一项重要指标,我国用软化点和60℃动力粘度反映,国际上用复数劲度模量和相位角表示。通过对沥青常规指标检测、动态剪切流变试验和重复蠕变试验,发现选用60℃动力粘度较大、累积应变越小的石油沥青能有效提高混合料高温稳定性,累积应变和动稳定度的相关性很好,可作为改性沥青高温特性的控制指标。%High temperature stability is an important index of the asphalt mixture. In our country the softening point and dynamic viscosity at 60℃ are used to reflect the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture; in foreign countries it is expressed by using complex stiffness modulus and phase angle. In this article, through conventional index test, dynamic shear rheological test and repeated creep test of asphalt, it's found that using asphalt with bigger dynamic viscosity at 60℃ and smaller cumulative strain can effectively improve the high temperature stability of the mixture, the accumulated strain has very good correlation with the dynamic stability, so it can be used as the property control index of modified asphalt at high temperature.
