In order to effectively solve the inter-layer interference problem in production process of thick oil reservoir with steam stimulation system to play the maximum potential of the oil reservoir, bridge oil production equipment was developed, with two-layer production technique, field application achieved the desired effect. According to different reservoir conditions , a series of bridge oil production devices were developed,separate zone production (more than three layers) was realized by using hydraulic packer. In 2015, the field test of 3 wells was successfully carried out in Shuguang oilfield of Liaohe oil field company for the first time. The results show that the method is a new practical process for the development of oil field huff and puff in Shuguang oilfield.%为有效解决稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐生产过程中各层系合采油井层间相互干扰矛盾,使各油藏间的采油潜能得到最大发挥,研制了桥式采油装置,以两层分采主体技术,现场应用达到了预期效果,并根据不同的油藏条件研制了桥式采油系列装置,在使用液压封隔器可实现油井三层以上分采.2015年在辽河油田公司曙光油田首次成功开展3口井现场试验,效果显著,为曙光油田蒸汽吞吐开发区块,油井多层分采提供了新的技术手段.
