超稠油注空气强化采油实验研究及现场应用——以曙光油田杜80块为例

         

摘要

The extra heavy oil blocks of Block Du 84 of Shuguang Oilfield have undergone multi - cycles of steam huff & puff and therefore reservoir pressure is low,production rate is low and the efficiency of huff & puff is poor. In order to improve development efficiency,production by air injection plus catalytic oxidation agents before steam injection was carried out. The catalytic oxidation agents can eliminate O2 in air. The left iV2 in the air can provide driving energy to reservoirs. The catalytic oxidation ageriLs fit for the extra heavy oil production of Block Du 84 have been screened and their performance is evaluated. Field application of 21 wells shows a good response of increase in oil production of 4 012 t%曙光油田杜80块兴隆台超稠油油层处于高吞吐周期生产阶段,区块地层压力低,油井周期产量低,吞吐效果差.为了改善其开发状况,提出注空气强化采油技术,即注蒸汽前向油井中注入一定量的催化氧化剂和空气,通过催化氧化作用,消除空气中的氧气,保留氮气补充地层能量.目前筛选出了适合杜80兴隆台超稠油的催化氧化剂,并进行安全性评价.现场应用21井次,目前阶段增产原油4012 t,取得了较好的应用效果.
