Large rectangular shield plays a more and more important role in China's underground space development, with the problems more prominent, such as limited space, many obstacles, etc. To improve the technology system for large rectangular shield design and construction, a rectangular shield engineering in access section of Ningbo subway line No. 3 was used as the research object. Based on the analysis of engineering difficulty, the design and construction technology for rectangular shield was researched from the aspects of targeted design, shield stability control in weak sedimentary strata, structural optimization design of rectangular segments, etc.%大断面矩形盾构在我国地下空间开发中发挥着越来越重要的作用,与此同时,"放不下"、"碰不得"等问题也逐渐凸显出来.为进一步完善适应我国地下空间集约化利用、高标准环境保护、空间使用灵活的矩形盾构技术体系,结合宁波地铁3号线出入段矩形盾构工程特点,在分析工程重难点基础上,从矩形盾构针对性设计、软弱沉积地层掘进稳定性控制、矩形管片结构优化设计等方面对大断面矩形盾构设计、施工的关键技术进行了系统深入的研究与分析.
