篮球运动员扣篮上下肢协调动作优化仿真

         

摘要

对于篮球运动员的扣篮动作的上下肢协调动作优化,可有效减少运动员扣篮时的身体损伤.传统方法需要对全局和局部的关节受力和发力参数进行分析,建立ARMA模型.采用ARMA模型进行篮球运动的肢体发力动作的力学分析,忽略了ARMA模型的非线性特点,导致分析结果不准确.提出基于Lagrange动力学模型的篮球运动中的扣篮动作爆发动能力学分析模型,在六自由度空间中分析扣篮动作的爆发动能,先用正向运动学算法得到关节角空间,运用解析法实现对多自由度逆运动学求解,实现对扣篮动作中的全局和局部的关节受力和发力参数进行分析,提高了参数求解精度.仿真结果表明,采用上述方法进行篮球运动中的扣篮动作爆发动能力学分析,参量估计精确可靠,性能优越,有效指导了篮球运动训练.%It can reduce the athlete body injury during dunking to optimize the upper and lower limbs coordinated action.Traditional method needs to analyze the global and local joint stress and power generation parameter to build the ARMA model.It ignores the nonlinearity feature of ARMA model to make mechanical analysis to the limbs power generation action using the ARMA model.Therefore,it leads to inaccurate analysis results.This paper proposes a mechanical analysis model for outburst kinetic energy of dunking action in the basketball exercise based on the Lagrange kinetic model to analyze the outburst kinetic energy in the six free degrees space.Firstly,the forward kinematics algorithm is used to obtain the joint angle space.Then,the solution of multiple free degrees inverse kinematics is achieved by using the analytical method.Finally,the analysis on global and local joint stress and power generation parameter of dunking action is achieved,and the precision of parameter solution is improved.The simulation results show that the precision of parameter estimation is reliable and the performance is excellent by using the proposed method.It guides the training of basketball exercise effectively.
