核电站主控室气流舒适性控制研究

     

摘要

Due to the original design of the air conditioning system,it is difficult to control the air distribution in the actual operation,resulting in low temperature and poor comfort of the main control room.In order to control the temperature accurately and improve the staff comfort and reduce the mistake rate,a numerical simulation method was put forward to simulate the air distribution and staff comfort in the main control room by using the finite volume method.Firstly,deficiencies and shortcomings of the original system was analyzed by modeling and simulation,and then three kinds of solutions were put forward,the effectiveness of the control scheme was comparatively analyzed,control scheme was obtained,and the experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility and correctness of the numerical simulation method and treatment scheme.Conclusion:properly closing some outlet can effectively improve the control room staff comfort,and meet the demand of fresh air replacement requirements.The method is simple and reliable,and can avoid the potential safety risk.%研究核电站主控室气流舒适性控制问题,由于主控室原空气调节系统的设计布置问题,实际运行中室内气流难以控制,导致了主控室内温度低、人员舒适性差.为了精确控制温度提高人员舒适性,减小人为操作失误率,提出一种采用有限体积法对主控室内气流组织和人员舒适性进行仿真研究的方法.首先通过建模仿真分析原有系统的不足和缺点,然后提出三种治理方案,对各治理方案的有效性进行对比分析,得到了优选的治理方案,并进行了实测验证,验证了仿真方法的正确性和治理方案的可行性.仿真结果表明:在满足新鲜空气置换要求的前提下,适当关闭送风口可有效提高主控室内人员舒适性,方法简单易行、避免了系统改造带来潜在安全风险,可靠性高,是目前最佳治理方案.
