电子设计领域的快速发展,使得由集成电路构成的电子系统速度越来越高,PCB板的信号完整性问题已经成为高速电子系统设计能否成功的关键。本文介绍了信号完整性仿真的流程,并利用集成电路的IBIS等仿真模型以及Hyperlynx仿真工具等,对高速数据传输板的时钟和数据等关键信号进行了详细的信号完整性后仿真分析,验证了该高速数据传输板PCB布线设计的正确性。在工程应用中,该高速数据传输板运行稳定可靠,满足设计要求。%With the rapid development of moderm electronic design technology,the speed of electronic system becoming more and more rapid, how to solve the signal integrity problem has become one of the most important factors in the high speed PCB design. This paper introduces the flow of signal integrity simulation, and uses the frequency range model (S parameter model), I/0 Buffer model (SPICE and IBIS) and software hyperlynx to perform detail simulation and analysis of signal integrity for key signals such as clock and data of high-speed data circuit system. The simulation results show that the PCB wiring design of high-speed data circuit system is effective, and in engineering applications, the high-speed data circuit system can operate in stable and reliable mode and satisfy the design requirements.
