针对喷油器雾化粒径测量系统实时数据处理的特点,将FPGA技术与DSP技术相结合.研究一种基于FPGA和DSP的电控喷油器粒径检测系统;为满足动态测量的要求,设计了应用高性能的多路开关和超低输入偏置电流运放的多通道微电流高速采集板;详细介绍了检测系统中基于FPGA和DSP的软硬件设计和工作原理;设计了基于R-R分布的粒径反演算法,并给出了一个简单的测试实例;反演结果为尺寸参数X=49.15 μm,分布参数N=1.96,拟合误差f=0.00384,符合对喷油器喷雾的预期估计,验证了系统的有效性.%A photoelectric spray droplet sizing system was reached based on FPGA and DSP, with the characters of real-time data processing. To meet the requirements of dynamic measurement, a high-speed multi-channel micro-current acquisition hoard was designed with the application of high-performance multi-channel switches and ultra-low input bias current amplifier. It introduced the hardware and software design and the operation principle of FPGA and DSP. The particle sizing inversion algorithm based on Rosin-Rammler distribution was designed and one simple test was given. The inversion results show that the size parameter X = 49.15μm, distributed parameter N = 1.96, fitting error f = 0. 00384, which are consistent with the expected estimated of the injector spray, and verify the effectiveness of the system.
