地理本体高效转换和查询效率

         

摘要

为解决Geodatabase数据库中基础地理信息缺乏语义的问题,在分析Geodatabase空间数据模型的基础上,实现地理本体模型构建,依据文件存储模式和TDB数据库存储模式,设计并实现AEXTrans、GXTrans和GJTrans这3种数据转换方法,在此基础上,对以文件和TDB的模式存储的大规模RDF数据进行语义查询对比实验.实验结果表明,GXTrans和GJTrans有较高的转换效率,实现了大规模地理本体高效转换及对基础地理信息的语义体系组织;将TDB和RDF结合,可以有效提高大规模RDF数据查询效率和利用率.%To solve the problem that the basic geographic information in the Geodatabase lacks semantic,the geo-ontology model was built based on the spatial data model of Geodatabase.According to the storage mode of file and TDB database,AEXTrans,GXTrans and GJTrans as the data transformation methods were designed and realized.On this basis,the contrast experiments of the semantic query for large-scale RDF data which stored in the file and TDB database were carried out.The results show that the transformation methods which are GXTrans and GJTrans have high efficiency for translating Geodatabase to geo-ontology,so the two methods realize efficient transformation of large-scale geo-ontology and the semantic architecture of basic geographic information.The integration of TDB and RDF can effectively improve the query efficiency and the utilization of large-scale RDF.
