智能轮椅电动改装系统设计

     

摘要

针对目前市面上电动轮椅较贵的现状,设计了一种基于 ARM 微处理器 LPC2013 的普通轮椅改装系统.系统采用锂电池供电,无刷直流电机驱动以及可拆卸的机械安装结构.其中无刷直流电机的驱动采用有霍尔传感器模式与无霍尔传感器模式并存的方式,同时配有完善的保护电路.测试结果表明,该系统易于安装,控制简单,操作方便,具有很高的稳定性与实用性.%According to the fact that most electric wheelchairs are very expensive, a system based on ARM microprocessor LPC2103 is designed to change a normal wheelchair into an electric one. This system using a Li-ion Battery to supply the power, a brushless DC motor to drive the wheel and a detachable mechanical structure to connect with wheelchair. The brushless DC motor has both rotor position sensor system and sensorless control system, and adding protection circuits to improve the security. The test result shows that the whole system is easy in installation, convenient in operation, and have high performance in stability and Practicability.
