基于三频相移的结构光测量系统

         

摘要

measurement system based on phase shif structured light has been widely used in the field of reverse engi-neering.Traditional gray code is combined with the four-step phase shift raster transmission,because the periodic mutation of phase and bad edge effect will be caused by phase unwrapping algorithm.Seven multi-frequency grating heterodyne trans-mission frequency,Phase Unwrapping based on single point to avoid the periodic mutation,lack of need to collect more pic-tures.To solve the above problems based on structured light measurement of triple-frequency phase-shifted,in projection grating as little as possible at the same time,single point solution phase.Experimental validation,the system can complete complex surface measurements and to obtain high accuracy point cloud data.%基于相移结构光的测量系统在逆向工程等领域得到了广泛应用.传统格雷码与四步相移结合的光栅透射方式,因为相位解包裹算法会引起相位周期性突变,边缘效果差;采用七频的多频外差光栅透射,基于单点相位解包裹避免了相位周期性突变,缺需要采集更多的图片.针对以上问题研究了基于三频相移的结构光测量方式,在投射尽量少的光栅图同时,进行单点解相位.实验验证,该系统可以完成复杂面型测量并且获得高精度点云数据.
