This paper analyses real-time performance of USB-based data acquisition system in detail. In particular, for real-time industrial control field, we focus on the real-time performance of multi-channel data acquisition system which uses 32-bit microcontroller MCF52223 for AD acquisition and transmits AD data to PC with USB bus communication pattern. The effective method for enhancing system real-time ability is raised from the aspects of software filtering and data transfer. The detailed programming solution is also given on both MCU and PC at last.%详细分析了基于USB传输的数据采集系统的实时特性.针对实时工业控制环境,研究了采用32位微处理器MCF52223进行AD采集,并通过USB总线通信方式向PC机传送AD数据的多路数据采集系统的实时特性,并从软件滤波、数据传输等方面提出了提高系统实时性的有效方法,最后较为具体地给出了MCU方和PC方的编程方法.
