The paper analyzes AutoCAD graphs' DXF files, extracts their coordinate information, and classifies and integrates geometry entities in order to implement a Java interface to parse different versions of DXF files. The paper introduces the minimum rectangular envelope method implementation process as well as the cutting path generation process, at the mean time generating NC codes for layout results. Experiments validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method; it improves industrial raw material utilization ratio and company production efficiency; it plays an important inspiring rote in DXF applications to layout cutting; moreover it is of practical value to small- and medium-sized hardware enterprises.%通过分析AutoCAD图形的DXF( Drawing Interchange File)文件,提取坐标信息,并将几何实体进行分类整合,实现一个Java 程序接口对不同版本的DXF 文件的解析.介绍了最小矩形包络方法的实现过程和切割路径的生成过程,同时生成排样结果的NC 代码.实例验证了上述方法的可行性和有效性,提高了工业原料的利用率和企业的生产效率,对DXF在排样切割的应用起到了重要的启迪作用,对中小型五金企业具有一定的实用价值.
