受地理边界限制的Barnes插值

     

摘要

以地面近实时气象要素分析图Web服务为目标,提出一种基于地理边界的Barnes插值方案,实现地面气象观测数据对格点场的插值.首先使用数值微分法和种子填充法得出地理边界剪裁矩阵,进而从Barnes插值算法中分离出插值权值常量,最后将其用于格点插值分析工作.方案不仅可以改善图形分析品质,而且去除了GIS出图过程中的图形剪裁步骤,明显缩短图形分析产品所花费的时间.该技术已用于中国天气网、四川气象网、成都公共气象服务网、四川农村信息网等多个公共服务网站的二维、三维地面近实时气象要素图形分析服务.%Targeted at the Web service with ground near real-time meteorological elements analysis map, a Barnes interpolation scheme based on geographical boundaries is proposed, which realises the interpolation to grid field with ground meteorological observation data. The geographical boundaries clipping matrix is first worked out using numerical differential method and the seed filling method, and then the interpolation weights constants are separated from Barnes interpolation algorithm, finally they are applied to grid interpolation analysis. This scheme can improve the quality of graphics analysis, and can get rid of the image clipping procedure in CIS plotting course as well, it significantly shortens the time cost on graphics analysis products. This technology has been applied in 2D and 3D ground near real-time meteorological elements graphics analysis services in quite a few public service websites including the Chinese Weather Networks, Sichuan Meteorological Networks,Chengdu Public Meteorological Services,Sichuan Rural Information Networks,etc.
