三维环绕追踪式 RFID 识别系统的研究

     

摘要

由于货物自身的遮挡和工作现场的各种干扰,多个 RFID 标签同时进行识别时存在很高的漏读率,影响了 RFID 系统的可靠性。针对这一问题,提出了三维环绕追踪式 RFID 识别系统。采用四个阅读天线两两相对,以三维立体的方式安装在阅读通道形成一个天线门。在货物从阅读区域的入口移动到出口的整个过程中进行连续追踪式的环绕读取,最大限度减少因遮挡而形成的识别盲点,增大信号覆盖范围,从而降低 RFID 标签漏读率。同时建立了基于三维天线的追踪识别控制流程。实验结果表明:三维环绕追踪式 RFID 识别系统对降低多个 RFID 标签集中识别的漏读率有明显的效果,为 RFID 识别系统在高速物流领域的商用提供了新的方法。%Due to occluding by the goods themselves and various kinds of interference on work site,there is very high missing-read rate when multiple RFID tags are identified at the same time,which affects the reliability of the RFID system.Aiming at this issue,the paper puts forward an RFID system in three-dimensional surrounded tracking type.It is composed of four reading antennas in pair each other,and mounted in reading channel in 3-dimensional way to form an antennas gate.During the whole process of the goods moving in reading area from entrance to exits,continuous tracking surround reading will be carried out,this reduces the identification blind spots incurred by occlusion to the maximum extent,and enlarges the signal coverage range,thereby reduces the missing-read rate on RFID tags.Meanwhile,the tracing and identification control process based on three-dimensional antenna is established.Experimental results indicate that:the RFID system in three-dimensional surrounded tracking type has significant effect on reducing the missing-reading rate of concentrated identification of multiple RFID tags,which provides a new method for RFID system in commercial application in high speed logistics sector.
