复合型长期照护人才协同培养模式的探讨

     

摘要

The increasing need of long-term care poses new challenges to the cultivation of long-term care talents.At present, there are many problems in the field of long-term care talents cultivation in China, including the shortage of care talents and the outflow of talents, unreasonable knowledge structure and the not formed professional training pattern.This article proposes a multi-cooperative cultivation model for compound long-term care talents who have knowledge and skills of life care, rehabilitation care and spiritual care for the elderly.The strategies include improving professional chain linking with industry chain, building curriculum that meets service model, service content and professional standard, building long-term care talent team, implementing the modern apprenticeship training model, creating long-term care training system, building a high-level dual-qualified teacher team and actively promoting the internationalization of talent cultivation.%长期照护需求的提高对长期照护人才的培养提出新的挑战.目前, 我国长期照护人才培养领域存在"照护人力总量不足, 流失率较高""专业化程度不高, 知识结构不合理""专业化培养格局尚未形成"等问题.本研究提出围绕区域长期照护体系, 通过整合政校行企多方资源, 创新体制机制, 探索以专业照护为核心, 具有整合老年人生活照料、康复护理、精神关怀相关知识与技能于一身的复合型长期照护人才的多方协同培养模式, 即完善与产业链对接的专业链建设、构建与服务模式和服务内容及职业标准对接的课程体系、打造长期照护人才梯队、实施以现代学徒制为主的人才培养模式、建立完善长期照护人才培训体系、建设高水平双师型队伍、积极推进人才培养国际化等七条策略措施.
