高校毕业生社会流动背景下成人教育的策略选择

在我国高等教育步入大众化阶段的同时，高校毕业生就业难问题已经成为人们日益关注的焦点，这一问题也导致高校毕业生的社会流动产生诸多不合理的现象。高校毕业生不合理的社会流动在一定程度上反映了我国高等教育的缺失。成人教育作为普通高等教育的一种延伸，同时，也作为终身教育体系的一个重要组成部分，通过开展多方协同合作、结合地方产业发展要求和大力推动职业技能培训，在引导高校毕业生进行合理流动方面能够发挥重要的作用。%Our country’s higher education has come into the popularization stage at the same time college gradu-ates' employment problem has become the focus of people’s attention increasingly, the problem also leads to the fact that the social mobility of college graduates have many unreasonable phenomena, those phenomena also reflect the defects of our higher education.
