转型期导游的职业认同研究--对南昌市导游职业者的调查

         

摘要

通过对南昌市导游从业者的调查,本文对转型期导游的职业认同状况进行研究。导游的职业认同是一个自我认识与他人定位的符号互动过程,调查显示在这两个维度上形成了乐观型、焦虑型、厌倦型和失落型四种职业认同状态;导游普遍对自我职业积极认知评价,而他者则普遍对导游职业消极认知评价;导游的职业认同状态还与其经济收入和学历层次等因素相关。因此,导游应提高业务素质和自我认识,家庭、组织以及社会更要给予导游充分的支持和鼓励,以改善和消除目前导游职业认同的不良状态。%This paper studies tour guide′s professional identity during the transition through the further investigation into Nanchang city .The research results show that the tour guide′s professional identity is a symbol interaction process of self-knowledge and positioning with others .In two dimensions of self -recognition and other -recognition , there are four types of traits for professional identity status:optimism, anxiety, boredom, and loss;tour guide′s self-profession gener-ally forms positive and cognitive appraisal , while the others commonly has negative and cognitive evaluation;tour guide′s professional identity status is related to its economic factors , such as income and education .To avoid and eliminate the adverse state of tour guide career identity , the tour guide should first improve the service quality and self -awareness , families, groups and the society should give more guide full support and encouragement .
