AO捕收剂对稀缺难浮煤泥的捕收效果研究

     

摘要

According to the low floatation efficient problem of the scarce and difficult floated coal, an AO collector was researched and de- veloped. The micro calorimeter, contact goniometer, surface potentiometer and other instruments were applied to study and compare the collection functions of the scarce and difficult floated coal slime with the AO collector, kerosene and diesel. Floatation test of the slime were conducted. The results showed that the wetting heat and contact angle of the AO collector affected on scarce and difficult floated slime would all be higher than kerosene and diesel. The isoelectric point variation of the AO collector affected to the coal samples before and after would be also higher than the variation of the kerosene and diesel affected to the coal samples. When the ash contents of the floated cleaned coal were same to each other, after the AO collector applied, the floated cleaned coal production rate, floated perfect index and the recovery rate of the combustible masses of the Kailuan coal sample and Shuangyashan coal sample would be all higher than the av- erage value of kerosene and diesel. Thus the floatation effect of the AO collector was better than diesel and kerosene.%针对稀缺难浮煤浮选效率低的问题,研制了AO捕收剂。利用微量热仪、接触角9n,4定仪、微电泳仪等仪器研究对比了AO捕收剂、煤油、柴油对稀缺难浮煤泥的捕收作用,并进行了煤泥浮选试验。结果表明:AO捕收剂与难浮煤泥作用的润湿热、接触角均大于煤油和柴油;AO捕收剂与煤样作用前后的等电点变化值也大于煤油、柴油与煤样作用的变化值;在浮选精煤灰分大致相同的情况下,选用AO捕收剂后,开滦煤样和双鸭山煤样的浮选精煤产率、浮选完善指标、可燃体回收率均高于煤油、柴油与煤样作用后的平均值,表明AO捕收剂的浮选效果高于柴油和煤油。
