3D打印技术在PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3D printing technique in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation ( PFNA) . Methods A total of 51 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who were treated with PFNA were enrolled in this study. Of them, 26 cases whose preoperative communication and surgical planning was performed by routine preoperative imaging were recruited as normal group. By contrast, 25 cases whose preoperative communication and surgical planning was performed by 3D printing technique were recorded as 3D group. Preoperative communication scores, times of intraoperative fluorosco-py, intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation and postoperative Harris score in the two groups were recorded, respectively. Results All the operations were completed successfully. The preoperative communication score was higher in 3D group than in normal group, with statistically significant difference(P0 .05 ) . Conclusion 3 D printing technology used in the treatment of femoral intertro-chanteric fracture with PFNA could be conducive to patient treatment compliance and optimization of surgical plan-ning, achieving satisfactory clinical effects.%目的 探讨3D打印技术在股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值.方法 选取应用PFNA治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折51例,其中26例采用常规影像学资料辅助完成术前谈话及手术规划(常规组),25例采用3D打印技术辅助完成术前谈话及手术规划(3D组).记录两组术前谈话评分、术中透视次数、术中出血量、手术时间、术后Harris评分.结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术.与常规组比较,3D组术前谈话评分高,术中透视次数及出血量减少,手术时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 3D打印技术有利于提高行PFNA治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者的依从性,优化手术规划,临床效果满意.
