目的：探讨在开放性小切口甲状腺切除术中超声刀的应用效果。方法选择2012年至2013年在我院进行甲状腺叶次全切手术的甲状腺肿瘤和结节性甲状腺患者120例，分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组应用超声刀甲状腺切除术，对照组应用传统的甲状腺手术方法，对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者在术后引流量以及肿瘤最大直径方面差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)，但在其他指标方面，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(孕<0.05)。结论在开放性小切口甲状腺切除术中应用超声刀，操作简便，止血有效，具有较高的实用价值，值得临床推广。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic scalpel in the open mini-incision thyroidectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with thyroid tumor or tuberous thyroid treated with total lobectomy of thyroid in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected. All cases were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received thyroidectomy with ultrasonic scalpel, while patients in the control group received conventional thyroidectomy. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The two groups had no statistical difference in postoperative drainage and greatest tumor diameter, but the observation group was superior to the control group in other indicators (P <0.05). Conclusions Ultrasonic scalpel used in the open mini-incision thyroidectomy is easy to operate, and effective to stop bleeding. It has high practical value, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
