Tween20对中间相炭微球制备分离过程的影响

         

摘要

The analysis of mesocarbon microbeads ( MCMB) surface apperrance found that the sample AY aggregateed more obviously than E4 which was added Tween20. It's difficult to separate the MCMB. In order to solve this problem,as well as lower product yield coefficient and higher production cost,study the influence of nonionic surface-active agent on separation efficiency,structure and properties of MCMB,which is made from coal ter pitch by polymerization process. The results show that: The influence of Tween20 on the final properties of MCMB is not bad. Added to extractant,Tween20 whose mass fraction is 0. 1% can greatly improve the permeability of filter cake, shorten the filtration time, effectively improve the separation efficiency which is improved by nearly 25 percent. Meanwhile, the yield coefficient of MCMB is up to 23. 3 percent. The addition of Tween20 contributes to the better dispersity of MCMB and MCMB graphite which ensures good charge and discharge performance of production as the lithium battery cathode materials.%通过对中间相炭微球(MCMB)表面形貌的分析,说明添加Tween20样品E4的团聚现象明显低于原样AY,煤沥青聚合的MCMB的形成过程以融并生长和球形基本单元构筑方式生长.针对MCMB制备过程中存在的中间相小球体分离困难、产品收率低、生产成本高等问题,研究了以煤沥青为原料,采用聚合法制备分离MCMB的过程中,非离子表面活性剂Tween20对MCMB分离效率及结构、性能的影响.结果表明:Tween20对MCMB的最终性能未产生不利影响,在分离萃取剂中添加质量分数为0.1%的Tween20时,滤饼渗透性大幅提高,过滤时间明显减少,分离效率可提高近25%,同时MCMB的分离收率最高,达到23.3%.Tween20的加入使得制备的MCMB及石墨MCMB均具有良好的分散性,从而保证了其作为制备锂电池负极材料的良好充放电性能.
