改善城市微气候的规划设计策略研究——以深圳自然通风评估为例

改善城市微气候是低碳城市规划的重要课题.对于深圳等高密度城市,促进城市自然通风是改善微气候的关键之一.深圳自然通风评估方法引入城市气象和GIS等相关领域的基础数据和先进技术手段,建立了由管理办法、评估方法和技术支撑等三部分构成的完整框架.该方法具有现实的可操作性,在深圳城市规划管理中得到了实际的应用.%Micro-climate improvement is an important issue of low-carbon urban planning.Better ventilation is one of the key points for improving urban micro-climate as to the high-density cities like Shenzhen.By introducing the basic data and advanced technological means of urban meteorology,GIS,and so on,Shenzhen Natural Ventilation Assessment (SZNVA) sets up a comprehensive framework consisting of management methods,assessment methods,and technical support.SZNVA,which is practical,has been applied in Shenzhen's urban planning and management.
