通过数理模型和多案例比较分析, 验证了在产品买卖型合作社治理过程中, 合作社的社会关系治理能降低产品交易成本及组织成本, 有助于商品契约治理与要素契约形成交互治理的格局;要素参与型合作社中社会关系治理有助于降低合作社组织成本, 优化合作社组织架构.基于上述结论提出以下政策建议:一是农户应积极融入合作社, 通过合作来完成生产-销售全流程的标准化与集约化, 在提升自身参与市场能力的同时有效提高农产品质量.二是农业大户 (龙头企业) 应积极领办合作社, 通过对接合作社来优化商品契约履约环境.三是农业合作社应通过农业社会化服务供给形式来团结与服务社员, 以社会关系治理促进商品契约与要素契约实现交互治理.四是政府应出台相应的农业社会化服务激励政策, 鼓励合作社通过社会化服务来优化合作社治理环境.%Through the mathematical model and multi-case comparative analysis, it is verified that in the process of product-sales cooperatives, the social relationship management of cooperatives can reduce product transaction costs and organizational costs, and help product contract governance and factor contract formation interaction;At the same time, for the factor-participating cooperatives, the governance of social relations helps to reduce the cost of cooperative organizations and optimize the cooperative organization structure.Based on the above conclusions, the following policy recommendations are proposed: (1) Farmers should actively integrate into cooperatives, and through cooperation to complete the standardization and intensification of the production-sales process, improve their ability to participate in the market while effectively improving the quality of agricultural products. Large scale agricultural households (leading rural enterprises) should actively lead cooperatives to optimize the contractual environment for product transaction contracts through docking rural cooperatives. Agricultural cooperatives should unite and serve cooperative members through supplying agricultural socialized service, and promote the cross-governance of product transaction contracts and factor contracts through social relationship governance. The government should introduce corresponding agricultural socialization service incentive policies and encourage cooperatives to optimize the cooperative governance environment through supplying socialized services.
