高校教师教学工作量定额的一种计算办法

摘要

高校教师教学工作量是教师工作量的重要组成部分，教学工作量定额以标准课时为单位。教学工作量定额（N）的计算涉及教师年工作时间（ T）、教学工作时间占教师全部工作时间比率（R1）、标准课时与教学工作时间的折算比率（ R 2）等数据，使用 NSOPF-93的统计数据，利用公式 N = T × R1× R2，计算出教师年教学工作量定额为418标准课时。%Teaching load of higher education is an important part of faculty workload. The norm of teaching load could be get from the formula N = T*R1 *R2, and T is the full working- time of faculty,R 1 is the ratio of teaching-activity hours and all working hours,R2 is the ratio of standard classroom hours and teaching- activity hours. Drawing data from NSOPF-93,we can work out that the norm of teaching load is 418 standard classroom hours.
