大学生学习满意度的现状及影响因素分析--以南方某师范学院为例

     

摘要

Learning satisfaction is important for the quality of teaching at the university. In the paper,a sur-vey of learning satisfaction was made on the 2 480 undergraduate students of grade 2011 to explore the learning satisfaction of colleges’students,the differences and influencing factors in a south China normal college. The study found that the study of learning satisfaction score is not high;there are learning discipline differences in the satisfaction of teaching,learning engagement,learning strategies. There were no significant differences in the teaching content,teaching attitude of all disciplines;there were significant differences of satisfaction between the students of sports art student and students of humanities and social sciences,engineers and agriculture majors in the learning,teaching methods,lectures time,after-class review and references readings;regression analysis showed that the teaching content,teaching methods,after-school review time,reference reading,lecture time and working independently could significantly predict students’learning satisfaction.%学生学习满意度是衡量大学教学质量的重要参考。以中国南方某师范学院2011级本科生为研究对象,对2480名本科生进行学习满意度调查,旨在探索大学生的学习满意度、不同学科学生满意度的差异和影响因素。研究发现,研究对象的学习满意度不高;在教师教学、学习投入、学习策略上,学生的学习满意度存在学科差异;所有学科专业在教师教学内容、教学态度上没有显著差异;体育艺术类学生在学习满意、教学方法、听课时间、课后复习和参考阅读上,与理工农医类和人文社科类专业有显著差异。通过回归分析发现,教师教学内容、教学方法、课后复习时间、参考阅读、听课时间和独立完成作业能显著预测学生的学习满意度。
