城乡统筹背景下重庆市商品住宅市场发展前景研究

With the implementation of "parent as one single child for two children", and under the background of rising real estate cost, urban population, and salary, and the steadily increasing approved land for residence and supply of commercial buildings market in Chongqing, where the consumers, pushed by the mind shift from "holding cash" to "buying houses for value enhancement", flood into the housing market. Developers are under the pres-sure of "stock reduction". The housing market in Chongqing is undergoing structural adjustment and the housing price is at the steady transition stage.%随着重庆市“两孩政策”的落地，在房地产商品成本增长，重庆市城镇人口增加，重庆市城镇职工工资、可支配收入增加，重庆市住宅审批用地、商品房市场供应逐年增加的背景下，以及消费者从“持币观望”到“买涨不买跌”等心理因素的叠加和“去库存”的市场影响下，重庆市商品住房市场(以下简称楼市)正在经历着结构性调整。
