Potato leafroll virus (PLRV) genome is achieved having higher homology and stability, and different strains have different virulence. So far genome structure has been almost clear except the structure of 5' end, and there also have been many considerable progresses in the VPg amino acid sequence and itself functions and functions of the protein encoded by PLRV. The effects of PLRV nucleotide sequence and proteins expressed on disease symptoms, virus multiplication and transmission and so on were discussed in this paper. The more study on genome function we do, the more possibility we will make on the development of the technology of transgenosis breeding for disease resistance of potato.%马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV)基因组具有较高的同源性和稳定性,不同株系间致病力不同。目前在VPg蛋白氨基酸序列和功能方面以及基因组功能方面取得了较大的进展。综述PLRV基因组核苷酸序列及其表达蛋白质在病毒侵染后的病害症状表达,病毒本身的复制增殖,以及病毒的传播等方面的作用。随着对基因组功能的研究更加深入,一定会给马铃薯的抗病育种带来更多可能。
