Accompanied by advances in the structural understanding and the mechanism of action of the glycosaminoglycans ( GAGs ), the study of heparin sulfate ( HS ) and structure similarities for use as anti-metastatic, anti-invasive, anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory agents and so on becomes hot spots in concern. Heparins, especially low molecular weight heparin ( LM-rnWH ), were found to have inhibitory action on tumor in the previous research. The research progress of the key anticancer structures of heparin and HS is overviewed in this study, and heparin similarities are promising to be new anticancer drugs.%随着对葡糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycans,GAGs)的结构和相关作用机制研究不断深化,硫酸乙酰肝素(heparan sulfate,HS)及其结构类似物在抗肿瘤侵袭转移、抗肿瘤血管生成以及抗炎等方面的研究也成为热点.在以往研究中发现肝素,尤其是低分子量肝素(low molecular weight heparin,LMWHs)对肿瘤有一定的抑制作用.该文综述了肝素和HS抗肿瘤活性关键结构和相关机制的研究进展,肝素类似物有望成为新的抗肿瘤药物.
